Job Description
The Clinical Staff Assistant I interacts with patients on the phone and/or face-to-face to support medical front office business operations and maintain a patient-centered attitude.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED with prior customer service experience
  • Successful completion of CSA competencies in two (2) clinical front office operations within 6-12 months of hire
  • Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and UT Southwestern policy
