Job Description

The Clinic Staff Supervisor - Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation will oversee 14 direct reports and be responsible for managing CSAs, scheduling workflows, and monitoring clinic scorecard metrics. The supervisor will report directly to Sabrina and have a dotted-line to therapy leadership.

Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma Graduation or equivalent or Bachelor's Degree In related field
  • Experience: 3 years Experience at the level of CSA II or equivalent performing in patient care front office or back office environment
  • 1 year Experience performing in a patient care front office or back office environment
