Job Description
UT Southwestern Medical Center is seeking a Clinic Staff Supervisor to oversee 14 direct reports across both physician practice and therapy practice. The Supervisor will be responsible for managing CSAs, scheduling workflows, monitoring clinic scorecard metrics, and conducting monthly one-on-ones.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent or Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • 3 years of experience at the level of CSA II or equivalent in a patient care front office or back office environment, including one year in a lead role with High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
  • 1 year of experience performing in a patient care front office or back office environment, including one year in a lead role with Bachelor's Degree
