Job Description
UT Southwestern is seeking a Clinic Staff Supervisor to oversee 14 direct reports across physician practice and therapy practice. The supervisor will be responsible for managing CSAs, scheduling workflows, monitoring clinic scorecard metrics, and conducting monthly one-on-ones. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience at the level of CSA II or equivalent, including one year in a lead role.
