Clinic Supervisor, GI Clinic (Full Time, Days)

Requirements

• Empower staff ownership for clinical standards
• Monitor patient care and provide feedback
• Communicate daily for smooth transitional care
• Participate in community activities
• Act as a point of contact for resolution of patient/customer and/or staff/provider concerns
• Manage special projects and interdisciplinary committees
• Actively participate in committees, in-services, staff meetings, performance improvement activities, and standard development
• Monitor consistency of workflow and delegates duties
• Perform audits to ensure adherence to regulatory and professional standards
• Assist manager with tracking provider schedules and maintains provider's templates
• Prepares timely monthly clinic stats report
• Interviews, hires, and ensures effective orientation process for new employees
• Evaluates and documents individual employee performance
• Manages timekeeping administrative duties and tracks attendance
• Coach and counsel employees as necessary
• Coordinates programs for professional growth opportunities for staff
• Assures staff achieves and maintains identified competencies
• Collaborate effectively with managers, providers, and staff
• Promote collegial relationships and support multi-disciplinary practice model
• Perform other duties as assigned
