Job Description
Rebound is hiring a full-time Clinic Supervisor to join their Physiatry team in Vancouver, WA. The candidate will be responsible for supervising and managing clinic staff, coordinating with other leaders, and ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with established protocols and policies.

Requirements

  • Recruit, hire, train and supervise clinic staff
  • Coordinate with other leaders in developing and implementing daily work schedules and staffing plans
  • Ensure staff take required breaks and lunches
  • Supervise and oversee daily operations and work flow
  • Establish performance expectations and conduct staff evaluations
  • Enforce policies and procedures, including safety and professional behavior
  • Coach and perform performance management
  • Respond to patient complaints and troubleshoot issues
  • Work with Director, COO, and other leaders to create and implement new policies and procedures
