Role OverviewThe Clinic Supervisor RN will oversee daily clinical operations in the ambulatory clinic setting, ensuring competency of staff and efficient patient flow. They will be responsible for managing clinical staff, promoting a safe environment, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and best practice standards.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include reviewing and establishing clinical staffing needs, conducting interviews, completing performance reviews, and monitoring clinical employee competencies. The Clinic Supervisor RN will also direct and support compliance to regulatory and best practice standards, and audit and monitor clinical competency.

Requirements
- Nursing Degree (Associate's or Bachelor's) or Health Related Field and RN diploma or AD with equal level of experience and ability/willingness to obtain BS/BA within 5 years of hire
- Five or more years of ambulatory care experience
- Three or more years experience in Ambulatory Care Clinical Leadership
- Minnesota nursing license (RN or APN)
