Role Overview

The Clinic Supervisor RN is responsible for managing daily clinical operations in the ambulatory clinic care setting, including designing, implementing, and maintaining clinical services, and ensuring competency of staff. The role requires leadership, planning, organizing, coordinating, evaluating, and directing nursing and clinical activities.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include managing clinical staff, ensuring competency, and promoting efficient patient flow. The role also involves auditing and monitoring clinical competency, ensuring a safe environment, and developing and maintaining the clinical components of the Excellence Council.

Requirements

  • BS/BA Degree in Nursing or Health Related Field and RN diploma or AD with equal level of experience and ability/willingness to obtain BS/BA within five (5) years of hire
  • Five or more years of ambulatory care experience with a minimum of three years in Ambulatory Care Clinical Leadership
  • Minnesota nursing license as an RN or APN
