Role OverviewThe Clinical Associate contributes to the Hospital's mission by performing basic procedures necessary to provide patients' care, comfort, and safety.
What You Will Do
Assisting with activities of daily living, repositioning and ambulating patients, making an occupied and unoccupied bed, and other tasks.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This role requires a high school diploma/equivalent, BLS certification, and either a Certified Nursing Assistant certification, nursing student experience, or completion of the Winchester Hospital: Clinical Associate Training Program.
Requirements
- High school diploma/equivalent
- BLS – Basic Life Support
- Certified Nursing Assistant
- Nursing Student with completion of one medical-surgical clinical rotation
- Three months of clinical care experience
- Successful completion of the Winchester Hospital: Clinical Associate Training Program (CATP)
