Role OverviewWe are seeking a Clinical Care Supervisor to join our Pediatrics leadership team. The Clinical Care Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day unit operations, clinical care, and education processes for the unit/department. This is a part-time, benefit-earning role working Days and will primarily work on-site.
What You Will Do
The Clinical Care Supervisor will be responsible for staff supervision, patient flow, staff education, orientation and competency assessment, clinical care excellence, financial stewardship, performance improvement, coordination of patient care and safety, and serving in the Charge Nurse role.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, a minimum of two (2) years of PICU clinical experience, and a valid license as a Registered Nurse issued by the Minnesota Board of Nursing. Leadership and supervisory experience, as well as a Master’s degree, are preferred qualifications.
