Job Description
Cottage Medical Group seeks a Clinical Concierge (Medical Assistant) to register, collect payments, room, assist providers and clinical staff with care and treatment, discharge, and follow-up with patients. The Clinical Concierge is responsible for maximizing clinical excellence, reducing treatment times, and maximizing the patient experience.

Requirements

  • Acting as the patient advocate, the Clinical Concierge has continuous contact with providers, patients, patient families/significant others, community agencies, and patient care staff and management.
