Job Description
The Reception Concierge is responsible for daily coordination of the patient and clinic activities in the lobby of the urgent care. This includes greeting and registering patients, maintaining lobby cleanliness and brand elements, executing opening and closing procedures related to front office activities, and collecting appropriate monies from patients. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring an exceptional patient experience at the beginning and close of patient visits, as well as providing excellent customer service over the telephone. The Reception Concierge works closely with Clinical Concierge colleagues to ensure ongoing communication throughout the patient visit for optimal patient flow.

Requirements

  • AA/AS degree
  • 2 years of customer service experience in a health-related field
  • Current BLS Certification
  • Ability to travel to other clinics regionally
