Job Description
The Clinical Consultant provides advanced clinical consultation to support high-quality, culturally responsive services in a community-based environment. The role requires a strong clinical background, expertise in mentoring, and collaboration with various teams. The Clinical Consultant will provide case consultation, develop assessments and treatment goals, and ensure data quality in LT’s database.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent licensure
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in direct clinical practice
  • 2+ years of experience in clinical supervision, consultation, or management
  • Strong knowledge of social work theories, practices, and ethics
  • Excellent mentoring, communication, and interpersonal skills
