Role OverviewWe are seeking a Clinical Coordinator to assist with all clinical needs for our Columbia patients. The Clinical Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless coordination of patient care. This position involves proficient chart preparation, communication, scheduling of patient visits, and provider and patient support.
What You Will Do
Review and organize patient medical records, ensure necessary documentation is accessible, maintain accurate patient records, reconcile medications, schedule and coordinate patient appointments, interact with patients via various communication methods, and document and log care management activities.

Requirements
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or licensed nurse (i.e. LPN or RN)
- Licensed in the state of employment
- Certification/license in good standing with the appropriate board
- A minimum of one (1) year experience in a healthcare setting
- Current CPR certificate
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to foster a cooperative work environment
- Team player with ability to manage multiple responsibilities and demonstrate sound judgment
- Ability to read and communicate effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel between offices, facilities, etc.
- Licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working condition
