Role Overview

Plans, develops and organizes the activities of the clinical staff, ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of quality health care. Assists physicians with examinations, procedures and other activities related to direct patient care.

What You Will Do

Develops and conducts orientation and in-service training for clinical staff, develops and implements emergency preparedness plan, and monitors local, state and federal regulations affecting operations.

Requires two years of experience in clinical field of certification or licensure, and certification or licensure in one or more of the following: Radio-logic Technologist, Medical Assistant, or LPN compact/multistate license recognized by the NCSBN Compact State.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent OR post-high school diploma/highest degree earned
  • Two (2) years of experience in clinical field of certification or licensure
  • Certification or licensure in one or more of the following: Radio-logic Technologist, OR- Limited Practice Radiologic Technologist, OR- General, Medical Laboratory Technician, OR- Certified Surgical Technician, OR Holds a current LPN compact/multistate license recognized by the NCSBN Compact State or is licensed to practice as an LPN in the state the team member is working, OR- Registered Respiratory Technician, OR- Medical Assistant certification including: CMA (AAMA); RMA (AMT); CCMA(NHA); NCMA (NCCT); RMA (ARMA); NRCMA (NAHP); or RMA (AAMP)
