Job Description
Clinical Nurse Coordinator - Part Time With Benefits at RestorixHealth. Provides direct patient care and coordination of care for patients through assessment and team collaboration in evaluation, planning and implementing evidence based holistic wound care. Responsible for developing and maintaining community relationships with current and future referral sources.

Requirements

  • Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of employment
  • Current BLS and ACLS certification through the American Heart Association
  • Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, wound care clinic experience or a combination of both
