Role OverviewThe Clinical Coordinator III reports to a Practice Manager and is a credentialed Registered Nurse (RN) employed by Erlanger Health System. The Clinical Coordinator III is responsible for supervision of all clinical staff members in an Erlanger-owned physician practice.
What You Will Do
This position oversees the various clinical and patient flow activities of the physician office, including maintaining proper scheduling requirements under residency program guidelines, recommending the hiring, termination and necessary disciplinary action pertaining to all clinical personnel.

Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Minimum three years' experience in a physician office setting
- Previous computer experience
- Two years' supervisory experience
