Job Description
The Clinical Coordinator position provides compassionate, high-quality, evidence-based services to individuals and families in the communities we serve. The position works directly with adults living with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI) and substance use disorders (SUD) living in NYC.

Requirements

  • Master’s level degree in human services field with appropriate NYS licensure
  • Previous work on an ACT team or similar type of community based/mobile based program for at least one year
