Role OverviewThe Clinical Dietitian Nutritionist 2 is responsible for providing Medical Nutrition therapy to patients in both the inpatient and outpatient setting. This includes assessing nutritional needs, developing and implementing nutrition care plans, and coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
What You Will Do
Provides nutrition consultation and education to patients and their families, applies the Nutrition Care Process, and evaluates patient progress by monitoring and adjusting the care plan. Develops individualized nutrition care plans based on thorough patient assessments and evaluations of patient nutritional needs.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field
- Current registration as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
- Certification in Clinical Nutrition or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in clinical dietetics
- Strong understanding of medical nutritional therapy and special age-specific nutritional needs
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
