Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Director to lead our outpatient Physical Therapy clinic in Florence, Arizona. This role combines clinical excellence with operational leadership, overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care and managing the clinic's daily operations.
What You Will Do
Provide clinical leadership and oversight for all rehabilitation services within the clinic. Maintain an active patient caseload while managing day-to-day clinic operations. Supervise, mentor, and develop Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), and support staff.

Requirements

- Minimum of 3–5 years of outpatient orthopedic physical therapy experience.
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or clinic management experience preferred.
