Job Description
Telecare is seeking a Clinical Director to lead the Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT), a 24/7 program serving individuals in crisis across San Joaquin County. The Clinical Director will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team, shaping program strategy, and ensuring quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or higher in Social Services
  • Current CA licensure: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, RN, or Psy.D./Ph.D.
  • 1+ year in a leadership role in an inpatient or outpatient setting
  • 2+ years of post-graduate direct clinical experience
  • Experience supporting individuals with mental health and substance use needs
  • Cultural sensitivity and commitment to equity and inclusion
  • CPR, CPI, and First Aid certification (or within 60 days)
  • Valid CA driver's license and personal vehicle insurance
