Job Description
Wayside is seeking a creative and supportive Clinical Director to oversee clinical operations on our Residential Campus, providing training, supervision, and consultation to clinical staff, and overseeing implementation of trauma-informed care and other best practices.

Requirements

  • Master's degree and independent licensure (LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC required)
  • 5 years of clinical managerial experience related to adolescent behavioral health
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • High stress tolerance and crisis management skills
