Job Description
The Home in Walpole, a vocationally-focused program, is looking for a Clinical Director-Residential Services to provide clinical supervision for staff, oversee the clinical aspects of the program’s operations, and make a difference in the lives of youth who have experienced trauma and/or who have significant emotional and behavioral challenges.

Requirements

  • Masters degree in social work, mental health or related discipline plus independent licensure
  • 5+ years clinical leadership experience
  • Proven leadership and management experience in a multi-disciplinary setting
  • Five years program-specific clinical experience
  • Knowledge of children with complex psychiatric illnesses
  • Computer literate, including Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer
