Requirements

  • Manages the clinical over-site of all services at a set location.
  • Assist with admissions, discharges, medication administration, and progress summaries as needed.
  • Conduct assessments and assess findings with recommendations such as treatment and rehabilitation activities and goals.
  • Implement established company policies on health, safety, security, code of conduct, and regulation.
  • Hire new employees and warrants corrective actions to existing personnel when needed.
  • Maintain the development of individual plans, case coordination, and compliance with license and accreditation.
  • Ensure quality assurance including persons served outcomes and service outcomes.
  • Oversee program budgets for contracts and household expenditures.
