Job Description
Project Renewal is seeking a Clinical Director for the Willow Tree Residence program. The Clinical Director will be responsible for the overall coordination and delivery of human services to the tenants of the residence. They will supervise a team of Case Managers and Peer Specialists, develop and implement program policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with DOHMH and Project Renewal policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in social work or related human services field
  • 2 years of experience working with individuals who struggle with homelessness, mental illness, substance use and/or other special needs populations
  • 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Leadership and management skills
  • Program evaluation and performance management skills
  • Team building and communication skills
  • Knowledge of case management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bilingual or multilingual preferred
