Requirements

  • Master’s degree in ABA or a related field
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • 3 years of experience as a practicing BCBA
  • Knowledge of best practices in the treatment of autism
  • Experience managing teams, projects, and meetings
  • Experience serving in a leadership/management role for an ABA provider
  • Experience managing sensitive employee relations issues
  • Reliable transportation
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Satisfactory driving record
  • Data collection and practice management systems proficiency
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Pass a background check
