Role OverviewThe Clinical Director oversees the clinical operation, program development, and direct supervision of staff at The Right Step Houston. They collaborate with the Executive Director or Regional VP to enhance and provide education to staff, clients, and family members.
What You Will Do
The Clinical Director monitors clinical records and programming, develops and implements program curriculum, provides specialty services to clients, and provides direct supervision to clinical staff.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have LPC, LCSW, or LMFT licensure, a master's or doctoral degree in counseling, and three years of direct clinical services experience plus three years in a supervisory or management role.
