Role OverviewMosaic Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Clinical Director to lead operations at one of their clinic locations. The Clinical Director will be responsible for ensuring high-quality services are delivered, coaching and mentoring clinical staff, and monitoring client progress.
What You Will Do
The Clinical Director will be responsible for monitoring clinic compliance, addressing systematic deficits, and identifying opportunities for continuous compliance improvement. They will also coach, mentor, and provide performance assessments of clinical staff, and oversee the effectiveness of RBT training protocols.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a BCBA certification for a minimum of three years, previous experience in a staff leadership position, and excellent organization, problem-solving, and time management skills.
