Job Description
Clinical Director-Livonia/Canton job summary: Directly manages all operational and clinical activity related to the assigned facility or territory, supervises and develops clinical staff, and coordinates clinical coverage and client assessments.

Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification and LBA licensure
  • At least 3 years experience within the ABA field or working with children with developmental disabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, & organizational skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment when making decisions
  • Strong leadership, organization, and management skills
  • Good understanding of budget and resources planning, budgeting in addition to evaluation procedures and methods
