Role OverviewThe Clinical Director in training will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Anchorage clinic, working closely with the leadership team and fellow CDs. This role requires a high level of managerial skill, quality, productivity, and leadership. The individual will be responsible for patient care, culture of the clinic, timely documentation, and appropriate billing.
What You Will Do
The Clinical Director will oversee physical therapists in conducting evaluations and devising plans of care, provide a work environment that fosters clinician development and growth, and ensure accurate documentation of care. They will also be responsible for coordinating and planning in-services, participating in training to improve business skills, and managing the schedule of the staff.

Requirements
- DPT Alaska License
- Prior experience as a Clinical Director or Assistant Clinical Director is preferred but not required
- Full-time (40-hour/week) permanent (W-2) Doctor of Physical Therapy
