Job Description
Inova Nursing Professional Development is looking for an RN Clinical Educator to assist with leading the Clinical Technician (Clin Tech) Academy. The Clin Tech Academy consists of online and in-person training sessions provided to all newly hired Clinical Technicians starting with Inova, before working on the unit. Inova Nursing's Professional Development supports all nursing personnel with educational needs, including initial orientation and onboarding.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree or BSN and enrolled in Master's program upon start
  • 2 years of progressive experience in nursing in designated specialty
  • 3 months of experience serving as preceptor
  • BLS from the American Heart Association
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse or an active multi-state RN License
