Clinical Fellow School Supervisor Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

The Clinical Fellow School Supervisor Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) will oversee and mentor a Clinical Fellow in a structured clinical setting, providing guidance and support to help them develop leadership and supervisory experience. The role involves conducting observations, reviewing documentation, and delivering constructive performance feedback. The supervisor will also coordinate scheduling and ensure that all required clinical competencies are observed and assessed.

Responsibilities include conducting real-time observations, reviewing documentation, discussing clinical cases, delivering constructive performance feedback, and coordinating scheduling. The supervisor will also provide ongoing guidance and support tailored to the Clinical Fellow's performance and any applicable state or district requirements.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Valid limited state licensure or ability to obtain licensure in Maryland (if applicable)
• Educator Certificate (if applicable)
• Experience working with school-age children preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and professional growth
