Role OverviewThis position will be responsible for dispatching all interpreters as requested by Erlanger staff, translating and interpreting medical information, and ensuring patients receive proper communication accommodation.

Dispatching interpreter requests, translating and interpreting medical information, and providing language access services to patients with Limited English Proficiency (LEP).

Requirements
- High School diploma
- Fluency in Spanish
- Evidence of expertise with clients of limited English proficiency (LEP)
- Competency Test required within 6 months - 1 year of employment
- Certification as a clinical interpreter (preferred)
