Role OverviewAs a Lab Tech Coordinator, you will perform vital clinical laboratory procedures to detect, identify, measure, and report data crucial for disease diagnosis and treatment. You will use technical skills, instrumentation, and information systems to provide essential clinical laboratory support while ensuring the quality and accuracy of all tests under leadership direction.
What You Will Do
Every day, you will be using technical skills, instrumentation, and information systems, providing essential clinical laboratory support while ensuring the quality and accuracy of all tests under leadership direction. You will also coach laboratory personnel to train for adherence to relevant policies and ethics, oversee most laboratory day-to-day operations, and analyze and interpret laboratory results in accordance with established laboratory work processes.

Requirements
- 2 years clinical lab experience in the designed lab area/specialty (Chemistry, Hematology, Point of Care)
- Bachelor of Science degree in a chemical or biological science as defined by CLIA
