Job Description
We are seeking a Clinical Liaison who brings both clinical expertise and a passion for consultative sales to work closely with hospital partners, case managers, physicians, and families to ensure seamless transitions of care.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of proven success in healthcare marketing and/or sales.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care.
  • Active RN, LPN, or RT license, required.
  • An understanding of the continuum of care and the admissions process, highly preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
