Role OverviewThe Clinical Manager manages intake, screening, triaging, and assignment of Complaint Line inquiries, critical incident reports, and Foster Care Review safety alerts. They provide case consultation and supervision for a team of Clinical Specialists and identify systemic gaps and trends in service delivery.
What You Will Do
The Clinical Manager will perform Ombudsperson functions on the OCA Complaint Line, respond to complaints and requests for information and resources, and serve as the clinical counterpart to the Youth Engagement Manager. They will also support the Senior Quality Assurance Policy Manager and/or Quality Assurance Data Specialist with data entry and/or data cleaning.

Requirements
- Experience working with and interviewing youth, particularly vulnerable populations of youth
- Strong knowledge of Massachusetts child serving agencies and organizations, particularly child welfare
- Strong clinical critical analysis and evaluation skills
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Moderate proficiency in data analysis skills (data entry, cleaning and creating data visualizations in Excel) and ability to draw conclusions, connecting data and research to policy and practice
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other commonly used computer software applications
- Ability to demonstrate initiative, work independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional ethical and professional integrity, upholding the highest level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information
