Role OverviewAs a Clinical Manager (RN), you will play a key leadership role in our home health operations, collaborating with referral sources, physicians, and community partners to coordinate patient care, ensure regulatory compliance, and support clinical excellence.
What You Will Do
Lead and support a high-performing team of RNs, LPNs, therapists, and home health clinicians, oversee patient care planning, case management, and clinical outcomes, ensure compliance with home health regulations and accreditation standards, and serve as a liaison with hospitals, physician practices, and referral partners.

Requirements
