Role OverviewAs a Clinical Manager (RN), you will lead a dedicated team of home health clinicians while ensuring the highest standards of patient care, compliance, and clinical excellence. You will oversee clinical operations and ensure patients receive high-quality, compliant home health services.
What You Will Do
Supervising and supporting home health clinical staff, reviewing documentation to ensure Medicare and regulatory compliance, monitoring the quality of care and patient outcomes, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, coaching clinicians to support professional development and clinical excellence, and ensuring agency policies and standards are consistently followed.

Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Florida RN license
- Minimum 1 year RN experience (acute care, med/surg, ICU, ER, or similar)
- At least 1 year of skilled home health experience with OASIS proficiency
- Strong knowledge of home health regulations and clinical compliance
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
