Role OverviewThe Clinical/Medical Assistant functions as a member of the clinic patient care team, performing clerical duties, administering medication, and assisting medical and nursing staff in the examination and treatment of patients.
What You Will Do
Perform routine administrative, clerical, and technical supportive services, including taking vital signs, giving injections, performing simple diagnostic tests, collecting specimens, and maintaining examination rooms and supplies.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a recognized Medical Assistant training program
- One year of progressively responsible and directly related work experience
- Basic Life Support by American Heart Association (AHA) or RQI Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support
