Role OverviewDelivers nursing care to patients under general supervision, following established policies and procedures. Responsible for assessing and analyzing patient health status, planning and implementing patient care, and communicating with the healthcare team.
What You Will Do
Assesses and analyzes patient health status, performs ongoing assessments, and documents patient care. Initiates discharge planning, plans patient care, and updates the plan of care based on patient assessment.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Requires a registered nurse license, associate's degree in nursing, and certifications such as Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support. Must demonstrate knowledge of patient assessment and care specific to the needs of the patient populations served.
