Job Description
The State of Connecticut, Department of Developmental Services (DDS) – West Region, Private Administration – is accepting applications for two (2) Clinical Nurse Coordinator positions located in Cheshire and Waterbury, CT. The Clinical Nurse Coordinator serves as a vital resource for staff, families, and community partners while advocating for individuals to receive services in the least restrictive and most supportive environments possible. This position also includes program development, clinical oversight, community outreach, documentation, reporting, and ongoing consultation to promote quality outcomes and reduce recidivism.
Requirements
Three (3) years of professional nursing experience.
Bachelor's degree in nursing may be substituted for one (1) year of the General Experience.
Master's degree in nursing may be substituted for one (1) additional year of the General Experience.
