Under general supervision, delivers nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department. Assesses and analyzes patient health status, plans and implements care, and documents assessments and care provided. Works with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide quality care.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing
  • Registered Nurse License/Registration issued by Florida or Compact State
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Unit-specific certifications (e.g. ACLS, PALS, NIHSS) may be required
