Role OverviewWe are seeking a TRIAGE NURSE to be an integral member of our Endocrinology healthcare team. The position will manage this patient population via telehealth in order to coordinate care with providers.
What You Will Do
Provide nursing triage, assessment and education to patients via telephone interactions and secure messaging. Manage patient needs including medication management, post procedure instructions and care coordination.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must have a minimum of 2 years nursing experience and 1 year of med-surg experience. Must have current or compact RN licensure in the state of North Carolina.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited BSN or Associate's Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program
- Current or compact RN licensure in the state of North Carolina
- BLS required
- Minimum of 2 years nursing experience
- 1 year of med-surg experience
