Role OverviewThe Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) is a front-line nursing leader responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, evidence–based patient-centered care while advancing performance across key quality and operational metrics.
What You Will Do
Supervise staff in their daily activities, assist with resolving staff issues, participate in performance reviews, monitor budgetary practices, prepare staff schedules, develop and implement performance improvement activities, and orient new employees to the unit.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Master's degree in Nursing within 3 years of hire or transfer
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey or multi-state license
- American Heart Association BLS
- Advanced Life Support Certification within 6 months of hire
- Approved professional nursing certification within 1 year of hire
- 2-4 years critical care experience
- 2-4 years cardiovascular ICU experience preferred
- ACLS required; CCRN preferred
- Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience in acute care setting
- 1–2 years of leadership experience or charge nurse experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as leadership skills required
