Role OverviewProvides clinical and administrative support to staff providing direct/indirect care to patients on a specific unit/units. Responsible for the programmatic, operational and financial management of the unit/program, quality/safety, patient experience, and financial management.
What You Will Do
Interviews, hires, assigns work to and evaluates work performance of employees supervised. Performs job duties in accordance with mission, vision and values of Tampa General Hospital.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Requires a Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, BSN, licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida, and two (2) years of experience as an RN. Critical Care experience and progressive management experience are preferred.
