Role OverviewLead a team of nurses and clinical support staff in a brand-new primary care practice, overseeing nursing operations, staff development, and patient care. The Clinical Nurse Manager will provide day-to-day leadership, coordinate staffing and scheduling, and promote teamwork and exceptional patient service.
What You Will Do
Provide direct patient care, assist with patient triage and clinical assessments, administer medications and treatments, and support providers during patient visits and clinical procedures.

Requirements
- Current New Hampshire Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Minimum three (3) years of ambulatory or outpatient nursing experience
- Minimum two (2) years of nursing leadership or supervisory experience
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
