Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Wound Care certification (preferred or required within 45 days of hire)
- Wound care experience
- Minimum of 4 years in wound care and 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to guide and support a diverse clinical team
