Role OverviewThis position is responsible for implementing strategies for the clinical care of patients within the designated clinical and/or operational support departments. Provides leadership, direction, and support for clinical leaders in pursuit to achieve quality outcomes, reduce costs, and share and interpret the standards required to ensure high degree of patient, physician, and employee satisfaction.
What You Will Do
Oversees the day-to-day activities of the clinics, monitors performance, and revises operations as needed. Assists in the development and implementation of systems to ensure established policies, goals, and objectives are achieved.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or health care
- 5 years progressively responsible experience in managing a health care facility
- Strong computer skills with working knowledge of computer applications in a medical practice setting
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of laws, procedures, standards, and practices
