Role OverviewThe Traveling Wellness Director / Clinical Operations Specialist supports clinical operations across StoryPoint Group senior living communities in Southeast Michigan. This role provides guidance, oversight, and continuity of wellness standards during vacancies, and performs audits to ensure compliance. The position requires 80%+ travel throughout the region.
What You Will Do
Act as the community Wellness Leader during a vacancy, overseeing care team members and conducting resident assessments and service plans. Monitor resident care quality, process physician orders using eMAR, and verify ADL schedules. Collaborate with HR on performance concerns, coordinate with the home office for team transitions, conduct monthly audits, and support wellness leaders with ongoing training.
