What You Will Do
The COM leads continuous quality improvement, analyzes quality data, and evaluates outcomes to ensure efficient, evidence-based care. They also integrate evidence-based practices into daily nursing routines and empower staff to deliver optimal care through continuous learning and data utilization.

Requirements
- Masters Degree in Nursing or Masters Business Administration/Management
- BLS - Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS - Amer Red Cross Basic Life Support or BLS-I - Basic Life Support - Instructor
- RN - Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - RN - Multi-state Compact
- Board certification for Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) such as Clinical Nurse Specialists, Nurse Practitioners, or Nurse Midwife
